Biography:

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) with a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which allows me to effectively work with individuals on the autism spectrum and support their unique behavioral and emotional needs. I also have experience working with veterans and military personnel, providing support for the unique challenges that can come with service, transition, and reintegration into civilian life. I’m passionate about helping people heal, grow, and find balance in their lives. I specialize in working with individuals who are dealing with addiction, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, and depression.

Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help clients better understand themselves, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build practical tools for lasting change. I work with men, women, and youth ages 10 to 90, and also provide couples and family counseling.

Whether you’re facing a major life transition, working to rebuild after loss, or seeking support in your relationships, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your unique story.

Together, we’ll work toward building confidence, emotional resilience, and a greater sense of peace in your life.
