Biography:
My name is Nicole Adams, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), equine-assisted counselor, mental health and nutrition clinical specialist, and team-building facilitator. I’ve been working in the counseling field for nearly a decade, following five years as a team-building facilitator. I consider it a God-given calling to walk alongside others in their healing journeys. I am passionate about helping people grow, heal, and step into the fullness of who God created them to be.
I believe in the transformational power of God’s grace and in our ability to grow through life’s challenges. I take an experiential and strengths-based approach to therapy, often integrating mindfulness to help clients become more present and aware of God’s work in their lives. I view therapy as a sacred partnership—walking alongside clients to uncover the strength, purpose, and healing that God has already placed within them. Outside of my professional life, I’m a wife and a grateful homeschooling mom of five wonderful children.
I believe God has called me to serve both in my home and in my community, and I find great joy in being active in my church and living out my faith through service. My soul feels most refreshed when I’m outdoors, surrounded by God’s creation, spending time with my family under His sky—especially with a warm cup of coffee in hand and a heart full of gratitude.
