Biography:
Hello, I’m Linda. At the heart of my work is a deep belief that authenticity is essential for self-fulfillment. I understand that mental health tools can empower us to make healthy choices that positively impact our minds and bodies, leading us towards true wellness.
Together, we can embark on this journey!
Like many of you, I have faced real-life challenges. With clinical support, I overcame hurdles such as divorce, abuse, and debilitating stressors, all while raising a large family. Through this journey, I discovered my authentic self, and now I’m passionate about helping you find your best life fit.
Often, life can become dominated by duty and obligation, consumed with family expectations and societal pressures. I want to be a safe place, a supportive and objective sounding board to validate your experiences and find opportunity for fulfilment.
My approach is client-driven, to support your unique goals while respecting where you are, where you hope to be, and the readiness you bring to our sessions. Our focus will be on active goal setting and light therapeutic homework to encourage progress outside of our time together. I will incorporate various therapeutic modalities to create a tailored, proactive, and constructive experience for each client.
My practice includes techniques from CBT, REBT, EMDR, solution-focused therapy, reality therapy, holistic approaches, and the 12-Step programs.
With 10 years of clinical experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including college students, veterans and their families, individuals in crisis, those facing addiction and codependency, as well as homeless and marginalized individuals, and probation/parole groups.
I look forward to working with you to reclaim your authentic self and pursue a fulfillment.
Find Your Connection
At Connection to Recovery, we believe therapy is a practice of connection, with yourself, with others, and with what makes life feel purposeful and whole.
It’s not about what’s “wrong” with you, it’s about discovering what’s possible for you.
Thank you For being here and for giving us the opportunity to connect with you.
